Q: IS A CONSULTATIONS REQUIRED BEFORE SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT?

A: No, but it is recommended for all first time guests, color services and for Children under the age of 10.

Q: is the hair included in the services

A: No, Crochet Faux Loc and other Crochet Hairstyles, Sew-in Extensions do not include the hair. Bundles are a separate advance purchase. Hair for Crochet Hairstyles can be purchased on based on style, but the cost of hair will be added onto to Service Fees. Braiding hair for Box Braids will be provided. Fees for Special colors and/or length will be an Extra Charge added onto the Box Braid Service.

Q:DO YOU Offer RELAXERS/TEXTURIZERS/KERATIN TREATMENTS or services?

A: No,We do not perform permanent texture altering services (ie. perms and relaxers). 

Q:WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DO YOU TAKE?

A: We take Cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We DO NOT accept Checks.

Q: DO YOU TAKE WALK INS?

A: No, Southern Girl Natural Hair Studio is a private, exclusive hair salon servicing preferred clients by appointments only during business hours, therefore; we DO NOT accept walk-in clients.  Our Studio takes pride in offering our "No-double Booking Scheduling System" which ensures that our clients receive professional hair salon service in a reasonable time. For the courtesy and respect of our client's time, we DO NOT OVERBOOK APPOINTMENTS! Once you book an appointment, your appointment time is reserved especially for you.

Q:WHAT IS your CANCELLATION POLICY?

A: We require 24 hours notice for cancellation of your scheduled services in order to avoid a late cancellation fee. Clients cancelling with less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be required to pay 50% of the services reserved in order to continue booking services at Southern Girl Natural Hair Studio.

Q:WHAT IS your Refund/ Redo POLICY?

A: All services are non refundable, but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge. We offer complimentary fixes within 7 days of the original date services are rendered.

We take pride in, stand by and guarantee our work at Southern Girl Natural Hair Studio.  If you are unsatisfied we would like you to consult and communicate with your service provider and together come up with a solution. Client redo’s will only be honored if Southern Girl Natural Hair Studio is contacted within 7 days of the original service.

Q:WHAT happens if i am running late?

A: If you think you may be late for your appointment, please call the salon and let us know. We will call any late clients 5 minutes into their scheduled start time, but if we have not been able to contact you, your appointment time may be reopened and/or given away. If you show up late for your appointment your services may be altered to fit the remaining time. If this happens you will still be responsible for the full amount of the services booked. 

Q:WHAT IS your POLICY for No Shows?

A: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointments, without contacting the salon to cancel, you will be subject to pay the FULL AMOUNT of the services reserved. You will also be required to have a credit card on file to secure any future bookings. Please note that to cancel your appointments during Southern Girl Natural Hair Studio opened hours, we do require a phone call or text in order to late cancel your appointments.  IF YOU ARE A “NO-SHOW” AND DON’T CANCEL YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT of the services reserved. *NO CALL + NO SHOW= NO NEW APPOINTMENT*
